His company (Starship, yes cause it's a subsidiary of Starship) is in general lacking and bad in a lot of area. But if you followed Kpop back in the day, they had a girl Group SISTAR (fun fact Monsta X used to call them girls big brothers).
SISTAR had a sexy concept but they were not forced to restrict their eating and weird diet (looking at JYP making Momo from twice eating ice Cube for 7 days straight), instead the company had a gym built on one of their floor to exercice and lose weight.

Now Monsta X is the weird one overdoing it and they had lose the muscle each time before releasing an album then when they appeared on tour they were all buffed up. NOT A COMPLAINT.

He's slowly working his way back into shape, he did just finish his military service before going right on tour. After he has settled back in to life in Korea, maybe we'll see him work towards his former glory.
