There is not at home P-Shot. It has to be administered in a clinic by a doctor. All I know about the P-Shot is they inject into your penis platelet rich plasma and do a shockwave session to stimulate the expansion of veins and blood cells. There are now devices that allow you to do shockwave by yourself safely at home. It's not as intense as a clinical session, but can be done two to three times a week to affect size, stamina, and erection strength long term. Once again... The ruler is clearly off to the side and angled down. You've added at least 1.5 inches to the measurement.
