its not always obvious. I have a friend who has the same, and it appears darker when he is stressed or really hot!... plus you have to remember Montana will be wearing make up whilst filming which will cover it mostly!...... but at times during the first 2 seasons It could be seen a few times! I believe its on his right cheek below is eye
