The gay man Tim den Besten actually did a great job asking and knowing about the straight side or straight sex. Such a long effort went into some fast forwarded sex scene.
He did say they had sex. Specifically he said, “I think we basically did everything” when asked by his friend.
I enjoyed watching him learn about straight sex. I learned some things as well. I do agree the payoff at the end was a letdown but we have to take his word for it. He was asked if they did have sex and he replied, “I think we basically did everything.”

For me, what makes It not that good is the always cheating plot. I wish there was a movie where the gay guy fucked a girl without this "comedy backgrounding". For me it's really odd.
This happens repeatedly in these European films. I guess they think they would get less backlash with comedy, which rarely happens.
Thanks. I haven't seen this in about a decade. I had been looking but couldn't find it. I'd forgotten how committed they were to no nudity (even when the bald guy is in the shower you can see he's wearing underwear). They still manage to make the scene hot, brief as it is.
I believe the sex could have been just simulated sex. Without the sex, it defeats the purpose of the documentary. For me the basic instinct was to stop trusting when he did not speak about getting hard. For a gay man, the challenge lies there & even with a fellatio staying hard can be a massive "hard" task..
