He did NOT lose his job due to having OF guys, he got made redundant and they made cuts. He was in sales and would often brag about being the last person in office and smashing targets but sadly they did what they had to do.
He did OF AFTERWARDS, during lockdown times etc. He’s made videos even on OF where he states ‘best thing he did was leave his job’ or along the lines of.

That's what I thought, didn't he brag repeatedly about giving up his "city job" to do OF because it was more lucrative and meant he was "his own boss" etc etc?

I feel bad saying this but unless he has changed his page after this videos or gave the money back that people paid, I don't believe a damn word coming out of his mouth. Taking people's hard earned cash and not delivering is theft. OF is already a shitty platform for allowing crap like this but the models make the choice to do it. Everyone goes through struggles and hardships but treating your customers like crap isn't a side effect of that. Its a choice.
