When youre curious about the identity of someone you see in a post, it helps if ppl know what post you are referencing.
If you click reply at the bottom of the post you are inquiring about, then ppl will know who you are talking about.
But if you just make a post that only says 'name', you could be referring to the last post you saw, a post 11 pages ago or a post at the top of the page you were just looking at.
