Most likely both especially if you don't have a lot of money to begin with, some of them like the attention, some of them just do it for money. Also Build muscles and maintenance muscles are expensive, so they make online content and the fastest way to get $ without work in regular job is making customize video such as flexing, posing or jerking off.
