Well good for you..

You should have made that clear at the time, so many Gay members post the same as you and when asked "did you have permission to take this pic or did you just do it covertly" they say either "Oh I didn't know, should I have asked"? Or "Nah, we don't need permission" which is not just ignorant but downright stalky.

Don't think you needed to get him to sign an agreement, a simple ask and a yes helps.

So many odd people posting here it's hard to see who is genuine & who is not.
