Did you do what they said? You need to upgrade your account to view videos at any time. But there is a bypass, that when the time on your clock wx:yz ends on a 3 or a 7 and you refresh to page then the videos will become playable. So when z in wx:yz is 3 or 7. This is disabled when the site is really busy, but it works almost all of the time.
