Nate should bend over more often ...his tight hole could use some big-time stretching!
In a way I think it looks manly. To be fair every guy I see from 20 years upwards now if walking out in sandals or flip flops all have rough heels on show. Men these days musn't be too fussed about it. I see it a lot in porn too, guys with hard rough heels. Must be just the thing now.
