Thank you very much for your kind statement. The decision is not yet final, but it is relatively certain.

Opinions differ widely about low-hanging balls. Some find it very erotic, others find it ugly. On warm days, my balls hang so low (approx. 15 cm) that I not only find them ugly, but also very annoying.

I have considered shortening the sack. It's extremely complicated and expensive – I can imagine that there are guys here with the same problem who can confirm this experience.

In addition, my testosterone levels are not optimal. If I take artificial testosterone, I can optimise the levels, but in this case my balls shrink and hurt – then I might as well have them cut off.

But, as I said, I realise that castration is a drastic (and irreversible) procedure that many people consider crazy. You have to be sure that you want to live without balls.

I usually find other men's balls very erotic.
