Video New Privoy Videos

I subscribed a few years ago and you were not able to download videos, Its the reason why i never re-sub. Maybe they changed it
Oh! Saw glad to hear that they're still around. I had a marathon JO session last night to my old Privoy collection and come on here to see if anyone had heard anything about them lately.
I don't know. Their billing portal has an issue that doesn't let you pay and emails to the their customer service team have gone unanswered. :/
Has anyone found out if you can download videos from the site? 75 bucks... Ugh...
I can’t even get access to the site because I can’t pay for it!
However, I’m hoping that when I do I can use the WhaleDown software to rip the videos. It works with almost any site. So I’m hopeful
I made the mistake of getting the lowest subscription last night. HUGE mistake.
I had to call my credit card company to try to stop the transaction. The whole site is a scam. They say “unlimited” but I got an error message after watching only a handful videos telling me to wait a couple of minutes before I watched anymore. I waited almost an hour. I emailed customer service twice, got no response then when I tried to log in again, it said I was banned! What the hell?!
I’m beyond pissed.
Yeah, I finally got my subscription to work. The error was something about the password I had chosen.
But yes, I'm running into the same thing. It says that I've reached the limit...

Just beware if you have a VPN, it will screw up the site and will ban you. I went back and forth with customer service and only after I cancelled my subscription and was refunded my money did they ask (obnoxiously) if I had a VPN. For 76 bucks, they could use some better people helping customers.
Why can't you use a VPN? I can't see their terms anywhere... aren't they legally required to state their terms before you buy?
I have no idea, but the last email I got from them was a little nasty and they blamed my account being banned on me with having a VPN being the reason. They have HORRIBLE customer service from what I read. And I wish I read those reviews before I spent the money, but at least I got it back in the end.
Bad customer service, ridiculous prices, limits on their supposed 'unlimited access', no visible terms and conditions and banning people suspiciously and perhaps unjustly. No wonder people want to pirate their content.
I've been searching everywhere for the Luke M. 03 & Kace A. 02 videos. If ya'll can get that please, i'll be forever grateful!

I'm sure I'll feel like a dumba** for asking this, but what is HMU?
I use WhaleDown for Mac. It's not free but it works for almost every site, with Fraternity X and Sketchy Sex and their family of sites being a notable exception, unfortunately.
