He has said before on IG he has a condition where he compulsively pulls his hair out. Which explains his eyebrows and scalp. Imo, I think his face change might be due to steroids, I see it with some bodybuilders after a few years, ie. water retention, facial fat loss, etc. (for those curious look up Larry Wheels) Either way I hope he gets some mental help. That ass is still huge though, lol.

Face filler, looks like lip filler, botox, the head tattoo, potentially face bleach.

Seems like he wants to remove anything ethnic about his appearance.
