I have a feeling a lot of creators hire people to message their fans for engagement. I also follow two other creators who message me in very similar ways "you on" "hey don't ignore me" "wassup you on?" Etc. meanwhile they are clearly on a cruise or whatever on their Instagram. I tend to just ignore those messages.

It’s so easy to spot. Everyone using a social media manager sounds the same, uses the same phrases, repeats the same banalities over and over again. Anyone I’ve followed who starts with that shit I unsub and mute or block, because they always follow back so they can carry on spamming you with this shit even once you’ve unsubbed.

I've never seen such drama over a fucking eyelid lift in my life. It's a procedure that lasts an hour at most. Big, brave, straight guy, and he acts like a pussy I didn't make such a drama coz of a body surgery that lasted 8-9 hours.

With Nicholas, I do sometimes wonder if he makes Instagram Stories without thinking that anyone might see all of them, so they would just see one out of context and not realize that his story just isn't adding up.

(Incidentally, “flesh eating necrosis” isn’t a thing; necrosis is tissue death, it may be caused by something “flesh-eating” like some form of aggressive cellulitis or fasciitis. If he genuinely has necrosis he should be in intensive care, not riding about in ambulances shilling for cash.)
