He shared videos when he moved apartment too so it's not really hard to guess which ones are his own bedroom. Not that I have spent a lot of time looking at pics of him in bed or anything...

I love that both his upcoming projects pair him with older lovers, it's gonna be great. Would like more roles like that for him.

But even if Anne looks fantastic, there's still an age gap, although I don't know which age Hayes (Babygirl's character) will have in the movie cause he's in his early 20's in the book, isn't it? Anne is like 41 I think, and Babygirl's 29, so... We'll see what will happen

I remember I was never interested in the book (rwrb) because I didnt like the way they draw the characters, I mean, look at them!!
they couldnt make them less appealing!!
and with the trailer I saw zero chemistry, didnt wanna watch the movie, and my assistant at the office insisted so much, she`s 22 and was obsessed, I ended up humored her and now I know she regrets so much hahaha
so I leave the door open to be surprised

I knew it was a book and that it was very queer and it involved two men, and that's it, haha.

I saw the casting news on Twitter back in 2022, and people were freaking out, others were complaining that the actors looked "too old", others loved it and others, like me, were just waiting for a teaser or something, but I was still going to watch cause, you know, it's gay.

And I watched like 10 seconds of the trailer, was IN from the get go, watched the movie with no previous knowledge of what it was about and I LOVED IT.

And yes, we should be open minded and wait for TIOY, cause some fans are like "Ew, the book is so lame, blah, blah, blah". I don't care if the book is lame, or cringey, or full of sex scenes (like that would turn me off!), I will still watch the movie (even without Babygirl) cause the plot is

The perfect recipe for disaster!

In the book Hayes is 20 and Solene is 39 (and a half, because she feels the need to make herself sound as old as possible when he tries to flirt with her heh). The age gap is a huge part of the plot. But I believe they aged Hayes up a couple of years in the movie? Still a significant age gap though.

I checked out the book and it wasn't for me but I do think Hayes is a really good character fit for Nick. He's very sweet and charming with a bit of underlying angst. So I'm looking forward to seeing him in the role (and with Anne, ofc).

Anyone else getting impatient to find out what his next project will be? He's being so quiet, I want to be delulu and believe it's because he is sitting on some big news he's afraid to spill.

To be fair it's also part of the plot that Solene doesn't look like how people think a 40-year old mother to a teenage daughter should look, so the casting is actually pretty spot on there.
