I'm glad you said it, because I just rolled my eyes and kept on scrolling. The American school system has sadly misinformed many generations that only the descendants of purely Anglo-Saxon Europeans are White. Which is misguided, outdated and just plain ignorant.

Not something I ever learned in school. It is more common sense that Europeans are all white. 100+ years ago, immigrants from Southern Europe were treated worse than those from Northern but not for "racial" reasons, more religion.

no, regular folk can't buy their way in. just the ticket to attend is $35k. and then to get a table it's somewhere around $200k

Well, regular folks with $35,000.00 to spare for each ticket. But much of that must be deductible as a charitable donation since it’s a fundraiser for the museum.
