If you haven't used Google search lately, it's turned into the Google Image Shopping Network. Anything in the picture that can be sold to you will show up as the search result. So, if the guy is wearing underwear or is standing in front of a chair, the chances are good you'll get results for a site to buy the underwear or the chair.
Yandex or Bing image search are more useful.
