He certainly wouldn't be the first OF model to "claim" they're going to be a father to get some sympathy dollars. Gosh, us gays can be so gullible sometimes.

The "mailed a check" thing is fishy AF. For large sums of money you'd do a wire transfer. And by "large sums" I mean anything over $10K.

i love being nosy. he bought his current place late march 2024 for $719,900 after the developer had tried to sell it for over almost a year at a similar price. four months later nick tried to re-sell it in august 2024 for $795,900 but took it off the market after a month.

the condo is not worth $900,000. dude's tweakin again. it's probably worth what he paid or even less since it's not new and has been tainted. he'll lose another $50k on closing costs even if he sells at what he paid
