@freeballer you can be healthy with or without masturbating. I believe its better not too. I think its true that it raises our testosterone when we dont masturbate frequently. I feel so much stronger and energetic ever since doing semen retention. I only ejaculate with sex sometimes i even edge. I feel so good. Other people on semen retention say the same thing.
If you read your own post, you immediately notice that there isn’t a shred of rationale behind your statements.
You “believe”, “think”, “feel” - somehow you got caught up in the narrative of some “proponent” without ever taking a closer look at the motivations of said person. There have been several anti-masturbation movements since the late 1800s, all at least partly based in religion, and just like the inane US advocacy of neonatal circumcision (which, incidentally, was also used as a method to hamper masturbation), and this is just the latest.
Science is completely against you. I can counter any “opinion” you have with hard evidence to the contrary, and in fact, I already did. We have literally tonnes of evidence that abstaining from masturbation, even immediately before a major sport achievement does NOT diminish said achievement (think: gold medals) and can even HELP.
Abstaining from masturbation does NOT raise testosterone, in fact, it actually LOWERS testosterone. Simply because the body will down-regulate production if you don’t ‘use’ it.
Sperm is not some magic fluid you’ll ever run out of. Nor will ejaculating ‘deplete’ your life energy, your vitamins or whatever drivel they come up with. In fact, the amount of proteins etc etc that you ‘lose’ with TEN initial ejaculates (ie, as if you ejaculate for the 1st time of the day times 8) can be more than ‘replenished’ with a single slice of dry wholemeal bread. And 100 ml of water.
As for people feeling ‘so much better’ - just read what people say in this topic: that poor
@Dutchboy20cm was in agony (and I still have no clue why he even attempted to do so) and he’d stay in agony unless his body would start downregulating his sperm production. But given his age, a prostatitis is much more likely.
I don’t know what your history is and why you acquired a abstinence-fetish, but you are doing everyone a major disservice by perpetuating your unfounded beliefs.
