I'm 7x6.5 and have difficulty buying condoms. I pretty much have to order condoms on the internet ahead of time if I think there's an opportunity that I may have sex.

I imagine that at 7x5 you should be able to walk into any drugstore and buy what you need.

Also, proper fitting underwear can be a challenge too. Sometimes I think I'm a bit too big.

You are really thick. Yes I wear regular size condoms. I never thought of the underwear problem. I am a grower so I have small flaccid size, so underwear is not an issue. Thanks for your viewpoint from a larger size.
