They’re pretty likely to be quite long dead. And no, this in not from my collection of any family photos with a context I’d be able to discern.

But my fantasy guess is a resounding no to them being brothers. Sharing a type of mustache does not make you related.

I sincerely hope they were a happy horny throuple. And by their faces, that’s what believe they were.
Them being a throuple may be true. I found a random Twitter account claiming that this is a Dr. Federico Oloriz Aguilera and his two "traveling companions." It provides a clothed picture of them as well. He was Spanish and lived around the late 1800s. I can't find any details.

It's possible they were a circus act, like acrobats or trapeze artists, or some kind of sportsmen. In the early days of photography, they would get such men to photograph as "prime examples" of the human form, and as performers of some kind, they were less inhibited in those prudish times.

This is a photo of Dr. Frederico Oloriz Aguilera. I do not think this man to be one of the 3 men in that photograph.
You're right : there's no similarity at all to any of the three guys in that photo.

Or the bottom in a gangbang?

Sorry to be that person, but does anyone know where this is from? Google image search didn't get any matches.
The guy behind the one in underwear looks like Simon Cowell (pre-botched facelift)! 😂
