I used to (and most likely still would) get the facial flush when taking anything with niacin. Got it real bad one day when I had a larger dose of it. Great as a fat burner, but so is grapefruit. I've used the generic prescribed Viagra and Cialis. My preference is the Cialis by far. The Viagra works like a charm as well, but doesn't have the loner lasting effects.
