There has been heaps of content posting of him hanging out with females over time and he follows heaps of females on his actual account. Just so happens that most of his fellow peers who are into modelling, fitness/bodybuilding and traveling also happen to also be male, so of course he will follow a fair few himself.

Heads up, there are loads of fan accounts of him using similar usernames to the real account. Many of them just repost old pics or pics that he has not posted that were screens. One page I know he sometimes shares the person who runs the account unreleased pics for them to upload to their fan page.
