That’s how you take Stayback? I don’t take it as a negative experience as far as his orientation. Just that it didn’t work out, possibly because the OTHER guy was straight or struggling with their sexuality. It really reminds me of Thinkin Bout You by Frank Ocean. Same themes.

not really the take I get from the song lyrically .. but this is 2020 and for an artist who didn’t originally start his career as bi or gay and to start coming “out” before he’s hit the mainstream for seemingly no reason ... well I could see someone possibly trying to out him and he just say fuck it let me beat them to the punch. I mean i went to his show it was a ton of young girls with crushes I would imagine they would wanna make more money off that fan base .. from a biz standpoint at least . But I think it’s cool if he is or isn’t latinX artist don’t really touch on this besides just saying they are coo with the gays but living str8 lives
