With DRM being implemented, PPV is basically throwing money away, especially since all your DMs go away if a creator randomly decides to delete their page.

I think we need to discuss Luca on here, and all them other "influencer boys" that went the OFs route. Luca doesn't show ANYTHING. Literally the most boring of pages I've stumbled across. Some of those influencers are doing real well but I really do feel like his whole page is one big scam.

I think we're so much more savvy now. Money is tight, the cost of living is really hurting. If we can afford a "treat" it has to be worth it.
OF scammers are good at what they do. They take the desperate need for instant gratification and they monitise it, and no doubt they make a profit.
That said, and what you've noticed backs this up, scammers can only scam so many people for so often. Once we become wise to it, and it gets shared on places like this, the scam dries up.
In my experience, almost all of them do the fake concerned BFE tone in their messages. It’s definitely an act to get more people to buy. Once you flat out say “I’m not buying” they drop the act and or restrict you and you’re left feeling like “Buckwild, where did your accent go?”
The most annoying scammers are the ones who’ll refollow every past subscriber just to mass message ppv, with no preview, hoping someone will bite. I’m never paying more than $30 if that on a custom again on OF now between the massive influx of scammers and now DRM.
