Onlyfans/justforfans Scammers

You can clearly see that it's a dildo and comment section what can i say are they even real people or AI. Why do these people on video think public is stupid enough to not see any difference, how dumb are they.

That’s correct: OF has changed their TOS so that they don’t have to get involved in the policing of their platform. But, if you as the scam partied were to do a chargeback, you’d get insta-banned from OF for life. I bought some content that didn’t match the PPV description and OF told me as much: “If you do a chargeback, we’ll ban you from the platform.” Insane!
And that’s a bad thing? Just move on from OF. With it being 98% scamming ass hole agencies it’s absolutely not worth it anymore smh. I deleted my account on my own terms several weeks ago because I was scammed twice and found the actual guys who scammed me through some digging and when I reached out the the real guys, they had no clue what was going on and both refunded me in full out if their own pocket immediately even tho they lost 80% of the money cause they only got 20%. Yeah. 20%! Insane. And the agencies refuse to refund them because they scammed me. So they are getting screwed as well. These agencies love it when guys think with their dick and not their brain.

just my opinion but delete it and get your rocks off somewhere else. Or at least think it through before you buy. Plenty more places out there to get your fix. NOBODY is that hot to scam you lol

UnverifiedBWC from Chaturbate, who doesn’t have a BWC, changed his username on other platforms to some form of “sexystepbro.” Reminder: he’s a thief. Don’t sub or buy anything from that pissant.

UncutCoach isn’t even gay, despite pretending to be on TV. He has a girlfriend on Instagram, plus he’s a Jesus guy, and so are all of his heterosexual bodybuilding buddies.

I will say beware of MichaelMaverickXXX. I asked for a 5-10 minute custom for which he charged $200. Foolishly, I paid it up front thinking he'd be good for it, because he's been around a while and has made lots of videos before when he was camming. Well, of course he never delivered. For about two weeks he kept saying he'll do it, that I'm going to love it, he's working on it. Then he said he's having a problem uploading videos and has to stretch them out into smaller videos (I call BS - every other creator seems to be able to upload long PPVs). After not receiving anything for 2 weeks I finally said, what's going on here and he got annoyed and said he'll do it, just have faith and stop being a jerk about it (!!). He also said "if $200 is such a problem to float while I create [content] for you then you’re not the kind of customer I wanna make these videos for." After apologizing to try and diffuse the situation so he would not ignore/block me, I waited 5 days and still nothing - oh and during all this I could see him online daily and he even posted content on his wall. I inquired again and he did send me a 3 min portion of a video. Certainly not the minimum, 5 minutes or max., 10 minutes we discussed. I also asked for a verbal dom/ degrading vid and it was pretty vanilla. I will continue to try to get the other parts (if there even are other parts), but so far he's not honoured our arrangement and has been pretty dishonourable. You don't keep $200 of someone's money and then just cavalierly say you'll get to it whenever you have time. Not cool to also deride someone for not being able to float $200 while he creates content. If you take someone's money, it should be a priority to you to deliver the goods.
I paid up front for a custom video on Nov 21, 2024 and still have not received my custom video from him. We're going on almost 3 months now.

Did you ever eventually get everything you paid for from him or does he still owe you content?

Having "managers" post as if they are the creator is one of the biggest problems on Only Fans. I have no problem with the concept of a manager to help with the flood of messages. But they should have to have their own account and be flagged as a "content manager" and that they are not the creator when they respond. No other website allows someone to post as someone else but it is standard practice on OF.
Boy do I have something to say about managers posting for these people. I wasn't aware of these agencies until I noticed something weird going on in the DMs. I was receiving the same exact DM from two different creators VERBATIM just minutes apart. I went to one of them and was like, you and this other person sent the exact same message at the same time. How? He replied with "Who's that?". The dude tried to say maybe it was a bug on OF. But then it kept happening multiple times. There's been other pairs of models I've seen this happen with like brettrobby and oliverflynn.

Concerning MichaelMaverickXXX, I don't really want to file a report and ask for a refund just yet because for the request that I asked, he was the absolute perfect person to do it. I'm a bulge connoisseur but more specifically of the tenting variety. Looking through his content, I saw that he made some HUGE bulges in his boxer briefs. So my request was that I'd like like for him to make me a video of not bulging but tenting in his boxer briefs. If you've seen his content, then you'd understand exactly why he'd be perfect for this. Attached some of my favorites.

It's just really sad that it's been almost 3 months since I paid up front. One thing I did was look through terms of service and he definitely violated them which is the only grounds for being able to receive a refund. I think everyone should take a look at these sections in the TOS. Especially if someone is asking you to pay up front.

TOS - 9a,e
Contract between Fan and Creator - 4e, 11a, 12a,b,d,f,g

Pay special attention to 11a in the contract. "The Fan will gain access to the Relevant Content within 14 days of the Creator Interaction."

I wonder have some of these creators read this? After paying, they have 14 days to produce the content. I've been waiting almost 3 months for mine after paying up front.

I do have screenshots of the conversation showing that the upfront paid message was for specific content in return. I'm going to wait a little bit longer and then make my decision to hit send on that email depending on if he delivers or not. The email is already drafted.

Be careful with asking for refunds from OF. I’ve seen people get their refunds granted then the scammer will dispute it and then you’ll be suspended as a result of that.

Never fully delivered what was agreed upon. he sent me 3 separate short clips that IMO amounted to a partial fulfillment but it certainly wasn't what i was hoping for or what we agreed on. I gave up and consider it a write off. IMO he's untrustworthy and unreliable. if he hasn't delivered or communicated after 3 months I think that's pretty telling.

If that happened, I'd be saving money, lol.

I'm not worried though. I have all of the screenshots of the conversation. Very hard to dispute that when they can see all of his words and my receipt that shows I paid. And they can see WHEN I paid and see he took way longer than 14 days to deliver the product. He is in clear violation so I do have a case if I proceed forward.

He has responded to some of my messages over the period but each time is almost like an excuse. Last I heard from him was on Jan 22. The last message I sent that I know he saw was on Jan 29. I sent a message on Feb 8 asking for a status update that he hasn't looked yet. I've seen him online the past few days and he has even put up new posts so I know he is active but he is yet to look at that message I sent Saturday. I really want to give him the benefit of the doubt but it doesn't look like I will be able to do that. And I think I have been very generous with giving him enough time. I've been very cordial in all of our interactions. If I had know about that 14 week TOS timeline to deliver content much earlier, I probably would have been messaging him a lot more sooner.

14 day I mean, lol.

He did the same thing to me if you see my original post. He was polite enough in his responses, but they were basically excuses. Then when I directly asked what's going on (but still very carefully and politely as I was afraid to set him off) he got rude and said if I can't afford to float the up front cost and wait I'm not the type of customer he wants anyway. He's totally playing you. At this point, I would give up the hope you are going to receive what u asked for and start taking a new approach to get some kind of resolve or, unfortunately, just accept you've been taken advantage of and let it go. Good luck!

I may just have to send that email and request that refund after all. He was on earlier today but has still not checked his messages and given me a status update.

Only thing I am curious of is if I should send him a message letting him know I am requesting a refund and why or if I should say nothing to him and just go straight to support with all the evidence.

Don’t say anything because he’ll probably dispute it behind your back to try and get you banned.
