Do you absolutely know for sure that is a fact? Do you have any examples to explain?
Yes, that account promotes a former creator I know and used experience with other clients to get my friend's business and promote for him as well. It's not that uncommon either.
Anybody have any experience with his Onlyfans? If so, what's your opinion? I've still been talking to him and I'm still not sure if he's run by an agency.

Direct Interaction with a creator is part of the draw of OnlyFans!
I know everyone is probably aware of most of the major offenders. (The Oliver Flynn one passes me off in particular, because I do live jus content, and he seems very personable and engaging in his lives!)
But let me see if there's any other egregious offenders in my queue...

hungharryxo and juicyjc1 are definitely run by an agency. They send the exact same messages at the exact same time.

Juicyjayuk is as well…what makes things worse is when the agency takes a custom order and the creator won’t fulfill it..

You know what's really infuriating?
When you know an account is being run by an agency or a manager and you call them on it (always respectfully) and they just lie to you and then guilt you about "doubting" them.
Just be honest.
I'd actually respect if they'd say "I am an agency but x creator receives all requests" etc.
Sigh. Rant over lol. My apologies. But onlyfans is . . . Just so different than it was even like 2 or 3 years ago and it's so hard to find genuine creators who run their own pages and make content that is worth paying for.

I tried confronting 'him' that it's insane that you have to pay a monthly fee just to get 'Instagram suitable' photos and pay (a lot) extra for the better stuff, called it a fake account and just got the reply "so you think i'm fake ?"
A normal performer would be really mad when somebody says he's fake, but here the "Hi babe" messages appeared again after a few hours.. (and they continue to come daily, even after unsubscribing 2 months ago)

Craig Marks’ is OnlyFans is definitely run by someone other than him/outside agency. It is a shame because these agencies are destroying their brands.

He used to use chatters but they take 50% of income and just wrecked his account with the lies they told his fans his income was amazing first 3 months then went down to minimum wage. He now does so much better as people want to speak to the lad behind the page !
Not going to name the creator as it just starts another debate
