Can someone help me understand how OF can prevent screen recording a video that’s playing through the safari browser on iOS? It’s my understanding that an app can know whether a screenshot or screen recording is happening (e.g. snap), but that safari does not even pass this information along.

How can what’s being displayed on screen not show up in a screen recording?

Today, I subbed an OF account and suddenly found out OF introduced DRM to the system. Even one min video is DRMed. Ridiculous!

No one likes DRM. It takes longer time to load the video. When you stream the video, it gets stuck quite often. A few years ago, gay porn studios started to use DRM, but eventually they abandoned DRM coz customers don't buy the DRM shit.

OF is getting more and more disgusting. They don't care about customers. First PPV, now DRM. If they continue using DRM, I'll cancel my OF account for sure.

I’ve found nothing for Fenix International nor Leonid Radvinsky. Just the OnlyFans profile and it’s Support Profile on Twitter

What we should do as a community is find the proper channels to communicate our grievances within the website while documenting the channels taken. Share those steps for others to become empowered. Be it fraud committed by scam artists on the platform or our dissatisfaction with DRM. We need to speak up and help each other retain refunds when necessary.

They don’t care as long as they get their cut of the tips. I’ve had two creators insist I tip them instead of waiting for a locked video then they vanished after they were paid. One even deleted his OF account entirely. OF support is the worst. You’ll get automated response after another until they close your ticket without a resolution. You can’t get a chargeback from your bank or they’ll ban you immediately.

Shitttt... I had this happen. It took about to month to get it resolved. After various "no's." Someone in their support finally game me my account back after I stated how I spent alot of money on the site and couldn't access all the videos I payed for. Onlyfans support sucks and it really depends on who you are connected with in support.

I wouldn’t just because Onlyfans has proven time and time again they are not on the side of the consumer. I’ve reported two pages for using the images of other people and those pages are still up. I’ve reported pages for taking my money and not delivering custom content or flat out deleting their pages and their excuse was tips are non refundable. If you ask for a chargeback from your bank when you get scammed, you’re banned from the site. Too many of these creators hide their content behind expensive PPVs, when it’s like $10 to subscribe in the first place so I’ll just find someone who has “no PPV” in their bio or just pay directly to them.

Onlyfans has gotten too money hungry in the past couple years and it’s frustrating. I know they want to make that no sexual content rule permanent but can’t because it brings in all the cash. But I know it’s coming back so I’m just letting all my subscriptions run out, whether it’s DRM or not.

I really wouldn’t put it past them. I heard that some comedians put their comedy specials on there so they might be trying to pivot there in the future. Look at what happened to tumblr. They tried their best to censor nsfw content and it’s not nearly as popular as it was.

edit: I found some of the purchases I made that were locked videos from deleted accounts which is nice. The ones I left a tip and were delivered via DM are gone since Onlyfans deletes all DMs when a creator deletes. That’s still bad but I guess the locked messages are good in that aspect.

Honestly, I blame the incel-heterosexual side of OF for this. They probably was getting a-lot of complaints from the top female content creators on the site. Because if we are to be honest... alot of the top females on the site new videos and especially PPV content was the trending content on various tube sites as soon as they posted new content.

...and I believe it has affected the tube sites cause some of the top heterosexual sites I visit top videos are now older porn videos or ripped content from cam sites. I'm starting to see a decline in OF content as trending on various tube sites. Unless its content that was snatched before April.

are you sure? Last time some months ago before august 2023 his dmr was on, pls give updated infos, like him but if he uses dmr i wont subscribe again thanx a lot for your reply

Exactly, and OF is nowhere near Netflix in quality. I dont have buffering and poor video playback on Netflix and they are sending me 4K video to whatever processor is in my LG TV. And OF DRM cant play 720p right on the latest Macbook Pro processor.
