Open showers/ communal showers in Italy

Hey guys, will be visiting Italy soon and wanted to know where are the best places to go for open showers or gyms with lots of nudity?

The low cost McFit chain has open showers - there are a few spread around the country - visit the site to see where.

The 1's I have visited in Milan, Bergamo and Brescia have open showers.I suspect most of them have them as do the 1's in Germany, Austria & Spain.
