A great place to get naked is at the naturist swim, held every sunday afternoon at the University of London pool. Ironically, they don't have open showers, but I'll take the trade-off
Many times - it's a gay sauna - so it has an open shower space and you can walk around totally nude, rock hard and have sex anywhere inside the place. They have regular mandatory nude sessions a few times a month as well where you are not allowed to wear anything, or your given a little hand towel (a regular size one will be given when you're ready to have a final shower and leave).
So if you like just being naked and full on sex, it's a great place - it's not the biggest of places, (no jacuzzi) but it is friendly, no attitude and has quite a regular / loyal crowd. I've been going for years and often just enjoy the social nudity aspect of the place.

No open showers at the London Aquatic Centre but there are men only shower cubicles on the 'competition' side - six in total, three facing three - I've sometimes seen men leave the cubicle doors open. It's often quiet on weekday mornings...I often leave my door open while I shower and step out of the cubicle to dry off. It's a 'changing village' though, so you do have to cover up to walk to your locker and change again.

strange the showers are men only but then the changing is "village" style... so stupid IMO
yes it is odd...there's a men-only shower space with cubicles but the walk to the lockers is mixed....most guys just wrap a towel around them. There are unisex showers just outside that space too - some use them, full-on soaped up but keep their trunks on. It's weird. If I'm going to have a proper shower, I need to be totally naked!
Not so much that there's a lot of action at GymBox Bank but there's a lot of nudity in that locker room. Guys will queue naked for the showers at busier times. I had quite a bit in the one in Westfield, Shepherds Bush.
