It's incredibly naive to believe there are not gay men on BA/FM, it's like believing all guys in CF and SC are str8 because they advertise it that way

Bel ami mainly recruits from central Europe, or specifically: Slovakia, Czechia, and Hungary. To this day, NONE of these countries have gay marriage, so these places have never been at the forefront of gay acceptance. I will also add that Czech Republic and Slovakia are rather pro LGBT, but for example in Poland and Hungary people are more divided, it mostly depends on the political regime and their ideology.
