No, the 10 seconds is the trailer (preview), not the whole video/dm.

Most men's foreskins stretch over time, so it isn't a problem but some people suffer from infections, pain, etc. Even men in the same family might have different foreskin types. But Omarion specifically said his wife wanted it gone + he had experienced pain + his dad went that route + he got his infant son circumcised so he decided to as well.

Omarion got circumcised as an adult. Quite a few American men are are uncut, though the majority are probably circumcised at birth because that is the policy at many US hospitals.
Omarion said he got circumcised not just because his wife Apryl wanted it but also because:
1) he felt discomfort when he was having sex (the foreskin might have been too tight);
2) his infant son was circumcised at birth and he decided he would do it as well; and
3) his father also got circumcised as a adult.
All of these things influenced Omarion in getting circumcised. O'Ryan, however, still has his foreskin.
