Just Americans being nutty as usual pay no mind, the guy is legal worldwide but that's not good enough for the people pretending to be puritanical on a site about dicks and porn I guess, apparently people in their early 20s are only allowed to be into old men or something like that, I've long stopped reading those comments once i see where they are heading
New legal age is henceforth 35, anyone who looks at anyone below the age of 35 is a pedophile, in accordance with random people on the internet because apparently im not allowed to be into people in my own age range or something
I definitely understand that American attitudes are very divergent from the rest of the Western world (which gets very tiresome). I just find it amazing however that the term "underage" is thrown about in an American context all the time without any discernible meaning. Like I said, even in most AMERICAN states the age of consent is below 18. Oh well.

Ugh. The age of consent varies by state (16 in mine, no exceptions except for positions of authority), so salivate all you want (within legal reason), but the utter excitement over it is just plain weird.
The USA being the weird amalgamation of federal and state laws that it is, has a quirk when it comes to porn. Most US states do have the age of consent at 16, some with romeo-and-juliet exceptions, others not. Some are 17, some are 18. The federal level, however, mandates that pornography can only be produced by adults, ergo, above the age of 18. Since it's federal law, it is the law of the land in all 50 states. So in many places you can have sex with someone above the age of 16, but once you film it, you've violated the law.
