He is and he does. He's explicitly said before that if he didn't have to use social media to make money that he wouldn't be online because of all the attention that he gets from men.I'm convinced this dude is high 80% of the time. Every time he posts instagram stories, he's got a blunt or his eyes are so glazed, it's not even in his conscious to try and not appear under the influence. His whole personality is grating LOL. I wish he would just shut up and get naked at any opportunity. He's gotta know at least 50% of his "fanbase" are flaggots that gawk over him
Poor baby! I am so sad for him! At some point, men get bigger than what women generally have interest. That's the point that you cross over into impressing men vs. women. And it's so much work to get to that point that you only have yourself to blame. Not saying he's gay (I really think he isn't) but the fact that he doesn't appreciate male attention is BS.

Look, anyone who follows Patrick’s page for a week will see he lives for this glorified hyper-masculine attitude, is all about his business, and seems to operate on 3-4 hours of sleep a night. His stories are constantly telling people to not message him if they’re not about business. Nothing on his page sounds remotely welcoming or friendly, so I really don’t get people who message him about sexual stuff. Do they see one pic of his and decide to DM? Or do they ignore everything they’ve seen about the guy and figure it can’t hurt to try?
