Sad that shadow and bone got canceled
OA has no news about the next season. And I believe that was a long time ago, fans still wants the next season though.
As for Shadow and Bone, it's really sad that the show had cancelled. I really love the books and the netflix adaptation, considering the hot guys they have (patty, calahan etc.). But if you think about it, their season 1 is just the book 1, but the season 2 was like book 2-3 already, which means they're trying to end it quick.

He’s playing young Dexter in the upcoming Dexter prequel series: Dexter: Original Sin
A prequel is quite unnecessary, but will be interesting to see if there's still something there left untold.
