You're were right. Nothing from Patrick in series, his character is scheduled to show up in episode 6. That is his last episode. Damn, they just clickbaited us with casting him. But, Patrick is big fish, he will never go nude in any series or movie. And yes, dick scene is CGI. Only real butt scene with random guy in episode 3. But from Patrick ONE BIG ZERO. Maybe now when Arnold is something on Netflix, he would be casted in shows with sex and nudity. Also i will mark his words "dirty 30s". I think this show will have the same fate as Vampire Academy, canceled after one season.

I was surprised about the spoiled twist in the first episode of GenV, too. I imagine there'll be plenty of flashbacks, given he's in the center of the season's mystery, I guess.

doesn't seem like he'll actually be nude. The shorts are presumably for the cgi effect that show an outline of his body while he's on fire. They did the same for Chris Evans in Fantastic Four.

He appears in 1st,2nd,3rd and 6th episode. You can see it on IMDb. Flashbacks are nothing, they lasts less than minute.

If you take a closer look at episode 1, at shot starting in 47:34, you can see the side of his ass. Nothing special, but it seems that for this scene he was filming with his naked ass (in thong I guess).
