Yes it is, but you can see some Austrian in him. I think as he gets older, he will mature well. His neck looks longer in the newest image, which is great.

Ah-nold is cut as well. There was a picture circulating that showed this - way before Photoshop faking became almost foolproof. It's said he was encouraged to get cut after coming to the US. I suspect the son got done as well, but I agree, close inspection is the best method. It's also said that he fooled around with Taylor Swift, who has made her preference for cut dick known (the whole Harry Stiles thing). She has never said that Patrick had 4skin, but she's the one we should ask.:wink:

Taylor Swift was dating Harry, who is in the boy band One Direction. It's said that she told him to get cut, and he refused. All of this assumes that you believe what is reported in the online tabloid press.
Speaking of Taylor Swift, she was, as you may recall, briefly dating Conor Kennedy, son of Robert Kennedy, Jr. It's pretty obvious from the outline in Conor's board shorts (the pics are all over the web) that he is cut. This is interesting, as the Kennedy clan is really mixed when it come to cut/uncut, and his father is said to be uncut, as were all of RFK Sr's male offspring (so it is said).
