In the property tour vid at 3:37 u can are someone touching the area. Prob another grindr guy
"New guy" = Logan, who has been as Paul put it, living there during quarantine. I've followed his youtube since way back and Logan came into the picture just a few weeks ago. However, a girl pops in/out of the videos too and it seems she is at least still there some mornings. For someone that puts most his life online, he's very secretive and careful about his personal life.

yeah I miss seeing Nick in his vids, but nick does keep giving him shoutouts on his own channel so I don't think there's any bad blood.
