You are right about entitlement of their bodies, but no one gets their bodies, but rather the image of their bodies. Just because it's adult content, doesn't make it normal for creators to mislead their subscribers about provided products/services/content.

if you buy a product of certain brand and model, you expect to be that brand and model, not a cheaper one.
