Sadly I don’t think he will get the squirrel back. The northeast states are super strict about that kind of stuff. They won’t even relocate animals, they usually just immediately euthanize unless it’s something federally protected like seals. I feel bad but why post your illegal pet online?

Doesn't New York State not have better things to be worried about? I would understand if it were some potentially dangerous exotic wild animal, but it's just a squirrel. That's sounds ridiculous to me.
