Apparently, someone snitched on him, and intentionally out of spite called them on him. Dont know the context but sounds like someone crazy.

I followed a rabbit hole on X and found a thread that revealed the woman who reported the Squirrel to the government. According to the thread the woman (who I won’t name) bragged on her now deleted Facebook page that she was successful in having Peanut euthanized. The info I read didn’t mention her motives.
