No one confirmed but there’s been a couple, some more evidential than others. He’s most likely dating Sebastiano Mauri right now, they’ve been on vacation together a few times, he flew up to Calgary when Pedro was filming TLOU, and he also went to the TUWOMT premiere and Venice Film Festival with him. I think Ben Aldridge has already been mentioned earlier in the thread but he and Russell Harvard are also possibilities. Some also suggest he may have been fucking around with Edgar Ramirez, Jon Kortajarena, and Paco Leon but those might just be rumors.
Don’t know if he’s bi or outright gay - I feel like he’s gay but the chemistry with Lena Headey seemed too undeniable. Would bet money on him definitely preferring dick though.

I would agree but I don’t think casual hook ups visit families and fly internationally for vacations and to be dates for professional events.

Well I didn't see that as too far fetched since my straight brother did just that for me when I came out because we had a great relationship growing up and it was his attempt to get to know that part of me and I know plenty of queer people with siblings who tried to expand their knowledge through media the same way.
