You'd think it'd be easy to find pics of penis tattoos but they are either covering the entire cock or turn out to be some kind of a joke tattoo... Im looking for some I spiratiin and to see how it's supposed to look like on others.

Call the 40 closest shops to you and ask the artist? I know two guys that got the ole cock tatted and they traveled across many states to find the one person who would actually do it

Finding the artist will be tough and finding a good artist would be even tougher.
I saw a few tatted cocks in NYC one was a cool tale end of a snake that wrapped the the lower shaft sort of what you describe with the snakes body off to the side on his lower abs and hip. the other guys was like an arrow pointing down but the lines were not clean even hard so it looked sloppy and not sexy both said it was not easy to have done but they both liked them so if you find the right artist, go for it.

The only ones I’ve seen cover the entire top side of the shaft…. Tribal and a scorpion so not quite what you are after.

I also think a tattoo down there would look good but have no ideas what I’d get.

I had mine done. Some info - the possibility of it going wrong and getting a “permanent boner” has only been recorded once by a guy in like the middle east doing it to himself with a stick n poke needle

It doesn’t really hurt, it’s a bizarre feeling down there but it’s nothing to worry about, assuming you’ve gotten tats before. I was pleasantly surprised, I was not looking forward to it and it was virtually nothing

Don’t just call and email shops, nobody will take you seriously. Find a local artist you trust and see if they can point you somewhere. I had an artist send me to a piercer who knew a gal who would do mine

Most places will charge a “handling fee.” I’d highly suggest going to an artist who has done them
before

You do not need to be hard to get the tattoo. You may get hard to apply it if it’s some big ass design, but artists simply stretch the skin as they work with it, just like anywhere else on the body
