Make your penis more sensitive?

It is 100% pure organic gel, I was very careful about that, but I ordered the Cerave cream to try.View attachment 168777211View attachment 168777271
It’s odd because if it contains what the package reads, this product would spoil without refrigeration

It’s not ‘nourishing’ enough for regular skin, but ideal for mucous membranes such as your cock head
Massaging it with a firm dollop twice daily (prior and after @techpump ’s sleeve, so mornings and nights) is a perfect combination

Normally I wouldn’t recommend applying ‘something’ before wearing the sleeve but since you go commando - you have plenty of ventilation 👌🏽

100% pure organic aloe vera gel can spoil if not refrigerated, but it may take a longer time than some other products. Unopened, it may last 2-3 years, while opened, it can last 6-12 months if refrigerated so I keep it in the fridge.

Yah I tried to accelerate glans restoration using the Man1 Oil and wrapping up with the sleeve. I never got irritated or hurt from doing it, I probably tried it maybe 3 total times, but it just was a bit I don't know it wasn't that cool. Not really worth it. I did however put an oil blend salve made to get rid of pearly papules on my glans while wearing a sleeve overnight and I got rid of mine in like one month, and I only used the salve maybe 6 total times I put it on every 5 days or something like that. Worked like a charm and they've never come back in almost 4 years now.

But @freeballerlondon look at the Man1 Oil lotion, it's designed for penis health and it could be a good one for you. I don't use any of this stuff anymore, but for men who could benefit, it could help I guess.

The Man 1 oil seems to be the most logical solution since it was developed for penis health. Should I get the Senfla as well?

I think you misunderstand. I only provide information from a medical/scientific point of view, as an intact man, I don’t need any product on my cock and in general, I advise against it unless there are specific needs to be addressed.

I can understand why neonatally circumcised men attempt to restore some function lost due to the procedure and long-term effects (after all, desensitising is at the core of the motivation to perform the procedure), and any product that addresses keratinisation and keeps the skin + mucosa somewhat hydrated, will aid (somewhat)

I would *never* recommend anyone to put an oily substance on the glans, in particular not under occlusion. Fortunately, ‘Man Oil’ is a misnomer as it is not an oil, but a moisturiser. However, I would not recommend applying it under occlusion. Looking at its ingredients, Cerave is still a superior choice (and much cheaper)

The Aloe gel @BadWilliam420 mentioned is an option to use under the sleeve, but 1) only if fully absorbed and 2) without underwear on top.

The Senfla product will not provide any results the sleeve wouldn’t offer, and the combination of both could (in fact will probably) lead to irritation and chafing. I would never recommend anyone using the product, since it is basically an exfoliant. There may be a slight increase in sensitivity, but that is temporary as the body will adapt.

Hm. Your law may be different from ours: perhaps additives <0,1% need not be listed, or maybe certain additives are exempt from labelling.

Thanks again
