I actually stopped for a month or so to see if any of the progress would revert but it hasn't, measured just the other day and all gains I have achieved thus far are permanent and I have no complaints. what was your route just curiousI have grown from 5.5 x 4.5 to 8.5 x 6+ took from 2002 to few years ago. Been stuck at 8.5 -8.8 for a few years. I think its percentage gains 4 to 5 = 1" or 25% , 8 to 10 is a 25% increase. Just sounds better. Where you start from is a factor. Erection level can be a factor if you hardness improves and you have growth is that growth? It works and seems to be permanent. I started at age 58 just to see if it worked. I am having fun with results of the experiment. A goal and discipline, could be life charging.

Hot sharing. Big working it to get bigger is HOT AF.At least a little bit of permanent gains can be made. I don't train for length, but I do train for girth. I'd say in about a year and 9 months I've gotten a tiny bit longer, anyway, and noticeably girthier but not a massive increase.
My starting length would range from about 7.5-8.5" BP. I'd be at least 7.5" if I was hard enough to get into a vagina, but usually I'd be just a hair above or below 8." I'd hit 8.25 a couple times a month, maybe. Only very rarely would I be over 8.25". Now, I'm almost always about 8.25", and I reach 8.5" a couple times a month instead of a couple times a year. I haven't seen less than 7.75" on the ruler while hard since I started training. Maybe it's growth, maybe it's improved erection quality...I don't know or care, because it's bigger either way!
My starting girth was usually about 5.25", but I would have 5.5" at the base (bottom two inches or so) every time. Sometimes parts of the shaft would be only a bit more than 5" in girth, but on a really, really good day, most of the shaft would be 5.5" around, the thinnest parts about 5.25", and the base 5.75". Nowadays, I usually pump before sex, and I sacrifice long-term growth for more short-term growth (doing more pumping than is ideal for long-term growth according to those who have gotten a lot of it). I pump up to about 7.25" girth at best, but usually I keep it to more like 6.5" since my wife usually prefers that. But, even if I do not pump, my girth is definitely bigger than it used to be. The base is always 5.75-6" now, no pump needed. It REALLY impressed me to see my base girth hit 6", because that NEVER happened before I started training for size. I do sometimes still have weaker erections that only come out to about 5.25" girth along the shaft, but most of the time I'm now 5.5-5.75" all up and down the shaft, without a pump at all.
So, basically, less than two years of consistent training took me from what I would call a roughly 8x5.25 dick to roughly 8.25x5.75. I assume I'd have more girth growth if I slowed down, but I don't always give myself enough time for full recovery. It's too addicting to see my wife screaming on 7 inches of girth lol
Pumping definitely works, but most people go at it with the wrong approach and unrealistic expectations.
I think pumping is actually the most effective method of penis enlargement - people have tried all kinds of stretching and hanging equipment with disappointing results (other than people who are selling the products). Likewise with Jelqing or manual stretching. The body tends to snap back to its original size, so it would take a lot of stretching for minor gains.
Most pumpers report noticeable gains in girth and small gains in length over time.
The biggest mistakes beginning pumpers make:
1. Too much pressure. Never pump at high pressures - this is relative, but if you're getting bruising or spots (petechiae) or water blisters, you're pumping WAY too high. Try to get a pump with a pressure gauge.
Switch back and forth between pumps to shape yourself2. Poor fit. A good pump cylinder shouldn't be too wide or narrow. Of course a beginner will buy an overlong cylinder, but that has no negative effects other than being clumsy to handle. Most pumpers want a soft gasket at the end of the cylinder to maintain a good seal and a comfortable fit. Make sure the gasket or cylinder opening is the right size so you don't pull your testicles in.
yes! it can take a few hours over the course of several days to create a surprising beast3. Poor seal. Use a water-based lubricant that does not evaporate during your pumping session. There are plenty of inexpensive products on the market. You do not need to shave to pump, but some people prefer it.
3. Wrong pumping session times. Don't go for epic pump sessions. You want gains, but they come with repetition, not extremely long sessions. It simply cannot be done in a few times - your permanent gains from a long session will be minor or negligible after a few hours, but you seriously increase the possibility of injury or side effects.
listen to the help. be embarrassed but remember that they have seen barbie dolls in butts and worse.4. Lack of medical attention. If you seriously injure yourself, see a doctor immediately. A serious injury doesn't always mean serious pain, but you're better off getting professional medical treatment if something happens. Don't be embarrassed - be open and honest about what happened and listen to the doctors.
