I think it's a recent one. You have to remember that schools, bars, restaurants etc. are still open in Sweden. Gatherings up to 50 people are still allowed!

ah yes sorry,i never noticed the Sweeden bit
in fact just last night a reputable Aus program mentioned Sweden had decided to virtually ' carry on as usual'
however in the last week it has changed that tack
