I would like to live in a house that is elevated off the ground...like a beach house on stilts but it wouldn't be at the beach.

Like this tall but in any form or style in any location I want.
I wonder if there are laws for how high or tall a house can be.
(This felt like a random thoughts post but I did post a photo so....)

as that state has many homes raised off the ground,because of the heat ive always assumed
