I have eaten these before, in IndoChina. I like them. I find these taste better than potato crisps.

I wonder if the blue came from colouring. If it was just colouring, it would not affect the taste of the na'an at all.
So its addition would be purely for aesthetic purposes - in this case, for myself, I cannot say it worked.

I think I ate these a very long time ago. Once. Once is more than enough in one lifetime. They have very high scoville index.
Frying them alone make me choke.
One bite and I nearly died.
