I think that this is the Spirit of Norfolk. They used to take us out on it for special occasions when I worked for PeTA.

That could well be Brett, at this time it was anchored in Downtown Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Beautiful large yacht. Is available for tours up and down the Bay and Norfolk is 170 miles down the Bay from Baltimore.
