Sure, it's part of Greater Perth - but then the City of Beverly Hills is part of Greater LA and I don't see you complaining about Americans posting pics of Beverly Hills in this thread.
The local government areas are classified as "city of x". People do not define, Joondalup as a city. I do not travel from my LGA of Wanneroo to Joondalup and said I'm travelling to a different city. I'm referring to this specific post, as it is my local area.
